NURSIVIA PRIVACY POLICY

Nursivia (“Nursivia,” “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by CliqRx LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Nursivia mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Nursivia is an educational and clinical reference tool only. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, institutional policies, physician or prescriber orders, or applicable standards of care.
IMPORTANT HEALTHCARE NOTICE:
Nursivia is not intended to receive, store, or process patient-identifiable information or protected health information (“PHI”). Do not enter, upload, transmit, or submit patient-identifying, confidential clinical, or protected health information through the Services.
By using Nursivia, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Information You Provide
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Account credentials or authentication information
- Professional profile information (such as nursing role, experience level, or educational status)
- Support requests or communications
- Feedback, feature requests, or survey responses
- Marketing communication preferences
If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Apple Sign In or Google Sign-In, we may receive information associated with your account, such as your email address and account identifier, subject to the provider’s permissions and settings.
Subscription payments are processed through platform providers such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription infrastructure may be managed through RevenueCat. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

- Operating system
- App version
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- Approximate geographic region (such as country or state derived from IP or technical signals)
- App interaction and usage patterns

This information may be collected directly or through service providers such as Google Firebase and RevenueCat.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT INTEND TO COLLECT
Nursivia is not designed to collect:
- patient names
- dates of birth
- medical record numbers
- protected health information (PHI)
- clinical images
- patient treatment documentation
- any information that identifies an individual patient

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- authenticate user access
- enable Apple Sign In or Google authentication
- manage subscriptions and paid features
- process subscription entitlements through RevenueCat
- provide customer support

- improve functionality and user experience

- secure the Services and detect misuse
- send transactional service communications

6. ANALYTICS, AUTHENTICATION, AND COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS
We use third-party providers to support app operations.

RevenueCat
Used for:
- subscription validation
- subscription entitlement management
- purchase infrastructure support
Beehiiv
Used for:
- newsletters
- product announcements
- educational communications
- email campaign delivery
Apple / Google Authentication
Used when users choose Apple Sign In or Google Sign-In for authentication.
These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Retention may vary depending on legal, accounting, security, or operational needs.
9. ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your Nursivia account directly within the App through the account settings or profile settings menu.
Deleting your account will result in deletion of your associated personal information, subject to limited retention where required or permitted by law, including for:
- fraud prevention
- dispute resolution
- subscription reconciliation
- legal compliance
- security enforcement
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription cancellation must be managed through your platform account settings.
If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by contacting:
10. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
These may include:
- secure authentication controls
- encrypted data transmission
- access controls
- vendor security protections
- monitoring for abuse or misuse
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Nursivia is operated from the United States.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
By using the Services, you acknowledge these transfers where legally permitted.
15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
If material changes are made, we will provide notice as required by applicable law through the App, website, or email.
The revised effective date will appear at the top of this Privacy Policy.
